Define
If you don’t know what’s broken, it’s hard to fix it. This is the most crucial step because it creates the foundation the entire project is built upon. We like to take our time and make sure we get this right.

Gather
To solve the problem we need to get background information. This could be as-builts, reports, photos, site visits, pothole investigations, or talking to Fred, the old timer, who has decades worth of knowledge about this particular subject. There’s always a Fred.

Develop
Based on the information gathered in the previous steps, we develop alternatives to review with the client.

After developing a list of potential solutions, we work with the client to determine which solution is right for their particular situation.
