We’re excited to announce that Conner Berg has been selected as the recipient of the Grayling Engineers 2025–2026 Scholarship: Empowering Tomorrow’s Engineers award!
Conner is a civil engineering student at Oregon Institute of Technology, where he distinguishes himself through academic achievement, leadership, and a strong commitment to the engineering profession. He has taken on meaningful roles in student engineering organizations and has been recognized with honors and scholarships for his dedication and performance.
He completed two internships with a local construction company, helping with waterline replacement projects through estimating, CAD work, and coordination with engineers and subcontractors.
Outside of engineering, Conner is actively involved in his community and campus. He’s taken on leadership roles in student groups, faith-based activities, and youth programs. Known for his strong character and teamwork, he’s committed to serving others and excelling academically.
Conner will receive a $1,500 scholarship to support his continued education in civil engineering. His passion for water infrastructure, commitment to resilient design, and leadership within and beyond the classroom are exactly the qualities we look for in future engineers.
