3.0 MG Reservoir #4

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

West Slope Water District serves a growing area in Washington County, Oregon, where reliable storage is key to meeting day-to-day demand and providing operational flexibility. To strengthen the system, the District selected its existing Sylvan Hill site for a new 3.0-million-gallon prestressed concrete reservoir, expanding storage capacity while building on established infrastructure and site access. Grayling Engineers was brought on to take the project from the completed predesign effort into final, bid-ready design. We are leading the reservoir and site civil design and coordinating a multidisciplinary team to confirm site conditions, develop stormwater and drainage improvements, navigate City of Portland land use and permitting, integrate structural and electrical/control needs, and support right-of-way and tree/landscape requirements.
