We’re excited to welcome Sam Kottoor, EIT, to Grayling Engineers as a Design Engineer. Sam earned his degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he focused on water resources and volunteered with Engineers in Action to help build bridges for isolated communities. After graduating, Sam spent five years teaching high school math before transitioning into engineering.
At Grayling, Sam is looking forward to developing his technical skills and contributing to meaningful water resource projects. He values work that supports essential community needs and hopes to continue volunteering with Engineers in Action on global infrastructure initiatives.
