Crestview Green Sanitary Pump Station

Grayling completed the design of a sanitary pump station to serve the proposed Crestview Green subdivision in Newberg, Oregon. Located near the edge of the city’s growth boundary, the facility was designed to support the subdivision while providing additional capacity for future development within the sanitary basin.
Grayling designed the submersible sewage pump station, valve vault, and site layout and grading, and coordinated structural and electrical engineering for power, controls, and the equipment shelter. The project included hydraulic analysis for equipment sizing, hydraulic transient analysis, preparation of a basis of design report, development of final construction documents, and submission of a project report to the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality for approval.
