Hampton Reservoir Replacement
Lewis County Water District #1 (LCWD1) serves the unincorporated community of Randle in Lewis County, Washington. LCWD1 consists of two permanent wells (Hampton and Randle wells), a storage tank at Hampton Lumber, distribution pumps, disinfection, and a storage tank in distribution. LCWD1’s 2020 sanitary survey identified significant deficiencies with the storage tank at Hampton Lumber. This project replaced storage in the Hampton tank with a new 220,000-gallon welded steel reservoir. Also part of the project was a new chlorination station, a 12-inch-diameter water main, and modifications to the existing booster pump station.
