Mill Creek Pump Station Rehabilitation

The Mill Creek Sanitary Pump Station was originally approved for construction in 1993. Located directly adjacent to the pump station site, Mill Creek has a history of overflowing its banks and flooding the pump station. Clark Regional Wastewater District (District) staff attempted to protect the site from further damage due to flooding by installing a concrete wall and sandbags around the wetwell. The District sought to develop a project to repair and rehabilitate the pump station by addressing site civil, mechanical, and electrical deficiencies. Grayling completed a capacity analysis for the sanitary basin and a visual condition assessment of the mechanical elements of the pump station. The analysis, resulting recommendations, and opinion of construction cost were documented in a technical memorandum.
